We apologise that we have discovered that there was a small manufacturing fault on the last production run of ECO tanka bottles. This fault affects only a VERY small number of bottles produced, and is recognisable by the inability to fully tighten the lid on your ECO tanka. If you have recenly purchased an ECO tanka from us and are experiencing this problem, please let us know asap so that we may replace it for you immediately.
To those who are waiting on orders of ECO Tanka Kooler covers, they are currently being manufactured and are still about 2 weeks away, with an expected arrival date of middle of April.
If you are currently waiting on an ECO Tanka Kooler order, and do not wish to wait this long for it to arrive, please contact us for a full refund or store credit.
Just a whisper though - they will be worth the wait with some exciting new colours being made available, and some great changes (such as the addition of a convenient hand grip) to the overall design!
